Descripción - Reseña del editor Songs of Ourselves Volume 2: A Study Guide on 14 set poems for 2016-2018 (The Clod and the Pebble Series) 77 IGCSE Exam Style Questions Inside 14 Model Responses: One response on each poem This Study Guide caters to the students of IGCSE Literature (0486) preparing for Paper 1 (Poetry Component on Songs of Ourselves Volume 2, Part 1) There are two particular uses of this study guide. First, this Study Guide aims to help the students and teachers to familiarise with possible IGCSE Exam Style Question Stems on 14 Set Poems. A total of 77 questions carefully phrased in this book help students to practise on possible question stems that may appear in IGCSE Board Examination. Teachers can use these questions in school examinations to familiarise the pupils with IGCSE exam wording and phrasing of the questions. Second, the book provides 14 Model Responses; one response on each poem. Studying these 14 essays enables the students to learn the main ideas in each poem and certain stylistic techniques used by the poets. These essays are also written following PETER/PEEP/PQC structure that is practised and most suggested in schools. In fact, these essays can be considered as samples to develop students own style of essay writing skills; varying the ideas and views based on the question stems asked in IGCSE Board Examination. He is a trained IBDP and IGCSE teacher with 9 years of teaching practice. He is a Postgraduate in English Literature and a trained graduate teacher in English from English and Foreign Languages University, Hyderabad. He also holds Level 4 Certificate in TESOL from Trinity College London; studied at St Giles International Central London. He is also a CIE accredited assessor for ESL Oral Assessment.
